The project gathers the operational headquarter activities of Philip Morris International in Lausanne.
The site is prestigiously located at the South West entrance to the City and in immediate proximity to Lake Geneva and the sports and relaxation offered by the lakeside. The site occupies an impressive slope, overlooking the Lake Geneva countryside and the Alps.
The construction is articulated in separated buildings, relatively narrow to offer the maximum surface of light, hosting office space on five to six levels. A series of courtyard-patios also increases the amount of natural light at the site.
Glazed components of the façades are made of large aluminium and glass elements, including one large fixed window and a narrow lateral opening vent. Solid cladding parts include horizontal precast concrete and natural stone vertical facings.
